What is the bolt mounting pattern for this cutting edge?

Not sure what you mean by bolt mounting system. It use carriage bolts with Nylock nuts.

The pattern should be from left edge to center of first hole - 2-5/8"then repeating on 11.25" from center of hole to center of next hole
