What is the warranty on this? I purchased 2 and had one of the packing nuts come out of the cylinder.

I then searched our system and found your account showing only one order for two Meyer 05437 Cylinders back on 1-13-2014. That is obviously no longer under warrenty. Is it possible you have any other email addresses other order could be under?
