I'm interested in purchasing a snow-ex tailgate salt spreader(sp-1075x. Will it fit a 2009 f-250? What do i need to mount it that is not included. What vibrator is needed?

That unit comes Standard with a 2" Receiveer mount so if your Truck has a 2" Hitch you would be good to go.Vibrators are an option and really depends on what type of product you are spreading. If it is the normal "Bagged Salt" you might get away with out the vibrator.
