I have an old Monarch plow. Im trying to trouble shoot why it won't go up and down? It will go side to side but not very fast. The ram is leaking fluid as well.

You will need to start by replacing the ram seal kit to stop the leaking and then check the magnetism at the coils and valves. If low replace coils and valves.
