As you know, the snow and ice industry has been changing in recent years. We have seen an increased number of consolidations in the market, such as Douglas Dynamics acquiring SnowEx and then Henderson and Toro acquiring Boss.

This rapid consolidation of the snow and ice industry only highlights the fierce competition currently taking place, however this will help consumers have more choices and greater technology standard moving forward. In the future, you will see more acquisitions as manufacturers work to identify key strategic partners with the necessary resources and expertise to enhance their product offerings.
Now, with Meyer’s access to the global resources of the ASH Group, you can expect them to capitalize on global smart solutions that will help keep you one-step ahead of your competition.
